StaffSTUDIO THREE operates within a relaxed studio environment and we encourage out of hours activities. Our staff are part of a 5-a-side football team, take part in various tournaments, are actively involved with the Liverpool Architectural Society and take part in charitable fund raising events (especially for clients)! All staff are supported and encouraged to develop their area of interest, and the studio environment aims to encourage staff to take responsibility and develop as individual designers - rather than follow a strict doctrine. We have regular office meetings to discuss office progress and arrange regular social events and office outings to support our relaxed approach. |
